Like many people, I reached a point where I knew something needed to change. I was tired of feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and putting everyone else's needs before my own health. Instead of looking for another quick fix, I decided to focus on creating sustainable habits that I could maintain for life. That decision led me to PHATT.
Over time I experienced improvements in my energy, confidence, mindset, and overall wellbeing. More importantly, I learned that lasting change doesn't come from being perfect—it comes from showing up consistently.
