Meet Naomi
Hi, I’m Naomi
For years, I struggled with my health, my weight and my energy. Like many people, life threw plenty of challenges my way, including ongoing health issues, injuries and hormonal changes. I reached a point where I knew I had to stop putting myself last and start putting my health first.
That’s when I discovered the PHATT Program, Putting Health At The Top.
I originally joined because I wanted to improve my lifestyle, lose weight and feel better. What I found was a supportive community, simple habits that fitted into everyday life, and the accountability I needed to stay on track.
My experience inspired me to become a PHATT Mentor and Partner.Co Brand Partner so I could support others who are looking to make positive changes in their own lives.
I don’t believe in perfection. I believe in progress, consistency and having someone in your corner who understands that real life happens.
